Information We Do NOT Collect

Screenshot Summarize does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information
• We do not track your location
• We do not store your screenshots or images
• We do not access your device data beyond the photos you explicitly select
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
• We do not share data with third parties for advertising

How the App Works

When you use Screenshot Summarize:

• Image Processing: Selected images are sent securely to our API for analysis
• Immediate Deletion: Images are analyzed and immediately deleted from our servers
• No Storage: We do not retain copies of your screenshots
• No User Accounts: The app does not require registration or login

Third-Party Services

Screenshot Summarize uses the following third-party services to provide functionality:

• OpenAI API: For AI-powered image analysis. Images processed according to OpenAI's Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store: For in-app subscription management. Apple processes payments according to their privacy policy

We do not control these third-party services and recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

Subscriptions & Payments

• In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• We do not have access to your payment information
• Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple
• You can cancel subscriptions anytime through your Apple ID settings

Data Security

While we transmit images for analysis, they are:

• Sent over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Processed immediately and not stored
• Never shared with third parties (except the AI service provider for processing)

Children's Privacy

Screenshot Summarize does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. No personal information is collected from any user.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no user data to access, modify, or delete.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights. However, since Screenshot Summarize does not collect personal information, these rights do not apply.
