Clean My Brain is a mobile application that provides:

AI-powered emotional analysis based on text or voice input
Personalized breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques
Mini-tasks and actionable recommendations for emotional wellness
Progress tracking and wellness streak monitoring

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when using the app
Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app
Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Seek professional help for serious mental health concerns

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier:

1 session per week
Access to basic features

Premium Subscription:

Unlimited sessions
Full access to all features
Subscription managed through the Apple App Store
Auto-renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Refunds handled according to Apple's refund policy

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Clean My Brain are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clean My Brain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Any decisions you make based on app recommendations
Technical errors, downtime, or data loss
Any harm resulting from use or inability to use the app
Third-party services (OpenAI, Apple) errors or changes

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of Clean My Brain is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Account Termination
